Learn, Play and Connect

Tecolote Canyon Golf Course offers instruction for students of all ages and levels who want to enhance their golf skills and strategy amidst the coastal beauty of San Diego. From private instruction to group clinics, the programs are customized and taught our golf instructors. Each lesson is designed to achieve the student’s individual goals and objectives while improving fundamentals and connecting with others who share their interest in the game. Practice Facility

Tecolote Canyon Golf Course’s extensive and well-lit practice facility provides the optimal setting for perfecting every aspect of your game in a controlled and focused environment. Tune your swing at our 300-yard, 30-station driving range, with 15 all-grass teeing areas and 15 mat stations. The grass stations are open Friday through Monday. You can also sharpen your short game on our excellent putting green, chipping green, and practice bunker.

Individual and Group Instruction

We offer instruction for men, women, and groups of all abilities, including junior golf clinics, taught by our seasoned teaching professionals. From golf fundamentals and fine-tuning to on-course instruction in strategy and shot selection, we’ll customize a curriculum tailored to your individualized needs.

Tecolote Canyon Golf Course Players’ Clubs and Discounts

Tecolote Canyon Golf Course hosts three different clubs: the Men’s Club meets every Sunday Morning with tee times starting at 7:00 a.m., the Ladies’ Club meets every Monday with tee times beginning at 7:45 a.m., and the R&A meets every Monday/Wednesday/Friday with tee times beginning at 7:00 a.m. These clubs are an opportunity to build friendships and camaraderie with others passionate about golf.
